These 12 not only have great faith in Wutan's teaching, but also feel proud to be Wutan.
For years they have shown, that they are able to put Wutan's interest above their own personal
interests and feeling. They have given to Wutan more than they have taken;
They Are My Comrades. Without them Wutan UK would not have been able to
achieve it good results, to date. They continue to practice Wutan martial
arts, not for attention, not for new grades, not for more recognition.
They practice the arts of Wutan, as it is the way of Wutan, and
they will be Wutan forever.
To ensure continued contribution to society Wutan UK needs to
increase this 12, to another 6 disciples.
They need to be able to consider the interest of other Wutan
instructors and student before their own. They must practice Wutan's teachings through WutanUK syllabus,
and work well with other Wutan members.
The disciple who equips themselves
with the best ability to foresee the threats and
opportunities for Wutan, will take the responsibility of Wutan UK Gate
Keeper. The disciple team will responsible to point out and
convince the gate keeper if his decision is wrong, if fail, to co-operate
and compromise. The Gate Keeper must understand that every
decision they make will affect the interests of every instructor and
student in Wutan.
The selection
of these disciples will not be based on the individuals belief that they
possess this quality, or that they claim to have this quality and
have convinced the majority of Wutan to believe in them, but that
they have shown it over the years with out asking for anything in
return.
