Barry started training
in early 1999 in both Tai Chi and Kung Fu and is one of our Plymouth branch’s
most loyal and dedicated of members. Having spent many years in running his
own business as well as breeding dogs, he says,
“Chinese Martial arts over the years has helped me to be a
healthier and thoughtful person in society. My aim within Wutan is to be
loyal and respectful to the tradition and the teachers and helpful to new
and lower grade students, knowing that people come to train for different
reasons and train as individual circumstances prevail. I believe training in
Wutan will make you a better and healthier person, and as the old saying
goes, the more you put in, the more you get out!”
